Bought it at moving auction a couple years ago, ran good. Seldom use anymore, mainly to move snow around in the winter. Started doing some work back in the woods a few weeks ago, have used a few tanks of gas. Been parking in garage at night with temps getting below 0. Yesterday is started cutting out and would die, I played with the choke enough to get it into the yard. Changed fuel filter, distributor cap and button, wire's, plugs, air filter, drained gas and put in new along with a can of seafoam, still ran the same. Ordered a carb kit and installed today after a good cleaning. Still runs the same, I am at a loss?? Acts like it is running to rich, plugs have a black soot on them after running a few minutes. I do know the hydraulic filter has not been changed since 2011, but this would not keep it from not idling?
