L225 Releif Valve Problem

2011 L225 with hydraulic detach on bucket. Problem I am having is like the pressure is fighting against itself. With this model if you hold the disconnect button it will disconnect, no problem. But it wants to lock bucket back down right away. It should wait in that state until you roll new attachment back, then lock back in. And I can tell when I am driving the pressure will kick off and on because you can feel unit slow down when driving and act like it fighting pressure.

I believe this unit, the solenoid if off all the time until you push button on control. So not sure if I have a problem with pressure relief valve?

Like I said I can be driving and you can feel it kick in and out because it will bog unit down when driving or using any other hydraulic function.
