My 325 has a drive problem. When I push the levers ahead just a little it's slow and normal like for about 3 seconds and then just takes off full speed. The right hand side seems to be the bad side and it takes the left side along for the ride. It's the cesna set up. Any help is appreciated.

When you move the levers the linkage moves two arms attached to the hydro pumps. Check that the clamp bolts are tight on the arms. Any excess movement in the linage can cause your problem.
