I have had a similar situation where I used a bobcat snow blower on a new holland. What you need to do is get a male adapter that plugs into your machine with at least two sets of leads. The hydraulic control box on the blower should have 4 outlets. 2 for the spout rotation and 2 for the deflector. You will need to find out which pins are for which toggles on your machine and make sure they correspond with the plugs. Then it's just trial and error to get your toggles to control the functions the way you want by switching them around on the hydraulic block. I would suggest going to a skid steer accessories dealer and they should be able to make you up a harness.
