We have only a select few dealerships that we work with. That new of machine the dealer should have been in contact with his area rep or the company directly. Beyond that the dealer should have done everything possible to get it fixed ASAP. We have had dealers pull parts of machines in there lot to get us going.</p></blockquote><p></p>
