Hey all just bought a 2008 mustang 2066. Has 7600hrs come with 2 buckets and forks. It is in very nice shape and runs amazing. No leaks was parked on shop concrete floor for week and half and not a drip!! Previous owner had all oils changed and filters. My ask is can I change the hydraulic oil to Mobil univis 22? Also engine oil and chain drive oil to Mobil Delvac 1 ESP 0w40? Reason I ask is I get all this oil free from work.

a engine with that many hours I think I would stick with a conventional engine oil 15/40 unless it has had a diet of synthetic already. hydro oil sure why not if it does not leak.
 
ok on the hydro oil. the engine oil is 10w30 is what previous owner ran and he was second owner of it. We are in Canada here she gets cold as hell in winter.
 
well I know owner SAID he changed all fluids and filters, but if it was ME< I'd do them all, far too many folks LIE these days
and I agree on higher hour motors, using basic oil is all that is needed, going to syn oil many times can end up with leaks , as they say if it been working, stick with it!
