John Deere ct322 skid Parking brake won't release

hey guys, I'm new here and to the skid steer world as far as owning my own. I've worked on a lot of new hollands, but no Deeres before. I recently came in to possession of a John Deere ct322 track skid steer. it starts right up, I've tested the seat belt switch which is fine. I've tested the seat safety switch which is fine. I've tested what I'm told I'm told is the park brake solenoid mounted down by the foot pedals (john deere told me this was the brake solenoid, but i feel like its a hydraulic solenoid for the foot controls.) which is functional. all the light turn off on the dash when i cycle the seat belt, seat and, push the park brake button, EXCEPT the light on the rocker switch behind the P. I have codes F965 F985 F9DS F974 come up when the machine is on which are for fuel level, coolant level, hydraulic temp, and alternator codes. I'm looking for useful info please I've already chased my tail long enough, thanks!!

F974 alt voltage out of range high could create havoc with the system. Check out your charging system first.
