Left wheels acted up a couple times within 20 mins. Then no power to the left wheels. While dragging forward with the bucket the left wheels sometimes lock up. I'm assuming cause of the hydraulics? The motor does not bog down when moving the left stick which makes me feel that the brake is not stuck. I can however creep ever so slowly in reverse if you are real easy on the controls. I don't know what these things are know for problem wise, so kinda was wanting to know if there is a known condition that many people have experienced with the JD 8875. I have the service manual, but still kinda don't know if going down the check list is the smartest thing to start doing. Someone on here might know a 5 min fix. Thanks for y'alls time.

I would be checking the final drive chains. A chain (s) might have broke and bound up.

I moved your post for better visibility.
I would tend to agree with clone, sounds like a drive chain issue.

Thanks for the quick replies and really appreciate you moving the post! I did forget to mention I pulled the side covers off and did check the chains... gears and chains looks normal in there. I'll edit my original post

It's never that easy, huh? Well I reccomend you copy and past your post in the new holland section. New Holland made your machine.. I believe it is the same as a LX885. There are some guys that just watch that section, but know the new hollands very well. Good luck.

Yeah that would be easy...a broken chain...lol Good to know about New Holland...I'll definitely do that now. I got the tires off the ground and when I take the parking brake off the left wheels just creep backwards slowly. I put some load on them with my hands and there is no stopping them, so my guess is something is stuck or a seal internally has broke...I'll relay back to this post when I find out what is going on. Thanks Clone!!
