Should the 240 have the same hyd pressure at idle that does at high idle?

It should be close, within 200 psi. When the oil is hot there can be some normal leakage in the system that the hydraulic pump can't overcome at idle but will at full rpm, then there will be enough flow to overcome some of the leakages.
