Jerky

New Holland L779 is Extremely jerky. I have spent time operating a skid steer, so I know they can be jerky.. but there is absolutely no being smooth with this thing. The levers just bounce back and fourth even when you let go. The right side is the worst. I have flushed and changed Hydro fluid and filters, blocked it up and set the equalizers to neutral, adjusted drive chains properly, and all tires are equally inflated and proper size. Any ideas?? this thing isn't even really usable

Are the steering linkages tight? if there is any play on pivot points or at the pump, this can cause it to bounce around like this
