It shows a code but the Deere dealership by me has never had any experience with that. there is a diagnostic menu in the dashboard and when I go to the left joystick it reads 0 which means it is centered for the forward and reverse but gives a "---" for the left right. If I push the control forward or back it goes from 100 when you go forward to -100 when you pull back. When I can get the left to right to finally start to read by moving the joystick all around it will go to -100 on the left but it sits and fluctuates on the digital diagnostic screen anywhere from 80-98 and just rolls through numbers back and forth. If I find the sweet spot by holding just to the right I can get the Ebrake off and the hydraulics will move. There is no calibration for this machine. The joystick is $1700.00 for the part. The only dealer around that had any idea said he did not think it was the joystick unit but maybe a valve solenoid that was not reading correct. I did set up an appointment to have it picked up but it is a minimum of $500.00 for the pickup and diagnostic so I thought I would reach out before and see if anyone had experience with this or any ideas.
I'm hoping someone might have had experience with this problem. I've searched online and can't seem to find any answers. I have a 2008 John Deere 325 skid steer with electric over hydraulic controls.I can't get the Ebrake to release unless I hold the drive joystick slightly to the right. Thank you in advance.
