2011 JD 323D track steer. When I start the machine The light for the lap bar stays on and I get a message to recycle the lap bar. I recycle the lap bar, but the light stays on, the message stays on and the machine won't operate. I checked the fuses and the connections all appear to be fine. Any recommendations?

I would think it is not seeing the switch in the lap bar ,you need to find it and test the switch with a meter.
