Recently picked up a 2001 with 1300 hours that seems to be in super shape BUT the steering controls semi-lock in place - feels like hydraulic lock. The sticks will initially move from neutral very easily then we're you're traveling they're really stiff to move inless you bring both levers back toward neutral. Does this on both L and R sides and at hi and low rpm. Any ideas where to start?
