International 4140 starter

Need information on a starter for an International 4140. I have no idea what starter to get. I do have some numbers on the starter. But the parts store had no clue.

Can it be repaired?
If you know what motor it is, you may be lucky and the standard one will fit it. It all depends on if the manufacturer of the machine used their own starter though, most older brands used standard starters that came with the engines, only later they messed with it.

Bit of research indicates that it should have a Chrysler H105 engine, same as a Hydra-Mac 12.
If you have the starter, which it sounds like you do, there might be a place nearby that rebuilds starters and alternators, we have one on the corner on the way to downtown Salem. Also, most big truck repair facilities have an electric shop and may be able to do it.
