I thought i looked at terminals but got it wrong and touched leads to wrong terminals for split second and now have no start and no power to the display. Im sure i burned a fuse but which one? I found a burnt fuse and swapped with a known good fuse but still no lights or power. I DO have power from battery to the starter so the 100 amp fuse above battery is good. Mine doesnt have fuses in engine bay unless im not finding them. Any quick tips appreciated. Yea i know, what a dumb move and i said it first. Gotta get this tractor moved asap.

I'd check the 100 amp fuse because there is two red positive cables coming from the battery. One to the 100 amp fuse and the other to the starter. So the fuse could be fried and you would still have power going to the starter. The 100 amp fuse protects everything inside the cab. Not the starter itself being it is wired direct from the battery

Charge your battery, then load test it. I did this same thing on a car almost twenty years ago. Sometimes the engine would start, other times it would not. Turned out the battery was damaged by that momentary reverse polarity incident. So, have your battery checked out.

any further updates??
100 amp fuse fixed it thx. Advanced auto parts had it. Up and running but now have oil leak at the hydrostatic pump. One side of the aux hydraulics quit working on my backhoe bucket. Opens but wont close. See new thread.
