Hi guys, I'm looking for advise on what skid steer to look for. My last back surgery has left my feet unable to operate any machine with foot controls. Also with my stiff back and blind in on eye, it is very difficult to use H controls and get turned around to see behind when backing up (I've wrecked more mirrors than I care to admit). I have an antique gehl T handle which I am able to operate without any problems but am looking to upgrade to a more robust machine with ISOish controls. I'd like to stay under $15k so that rules out a modern machine. I have looked at ebay, craigslist, tractor house etc, but very few if any list control type and looking up specs is incredible time consuming and not very fruitful. So I'm looking for advise at to which manufacturers and models would fit my needs. Yes I know the old coot should sit in a rocking chair, but you are only as old as you choose to be. thanks in advance for any advise.

The "old coot" needs projects to do, a skid steer means you can do more work with less strain on your body.
You may need to look at an older hand control machine, possibly install a reversing camera so you don't need to keep turning to see behind you.
Can you install mirrors in the arms to keep them in a location that may not be damaged as easily?
