IH 3200A skidsteer creeping while starting only... Help please

Hi, I recently got a International Harvester 3200A skid loader that has a problem with creeping while starting. but ones i get it to start the creeping around stops and the machine works with no problems... I replaced the springs and center the lever controls but that didn't fix the problem. Maybe rebuilding the hydraulic pumps?

Repair the parking brake.

don't think its the hydraulics. if It works fine you get it started then your hydraulics are fine. parking break set will help

thanks for the help. but i think this model doesn't have breaks. the manual says "automatic braking" control levers in stop position. so i went and added more hydraulic oil and it seems to help but the problem still there. help is appreciated

sounds like your auto breaking isn't working,
