ignition wont turn on (lights) but engine still turns over if jumped ??

so pretty much as the title states. i put the key in to warm up the glow plugs but it doesnt seem to even turn on however the battery is new, i was having trouble starting it with the key but it would always turn on (preheat) but now it doesnt at all i know the starter relay is probably done for but it should turn on regardless? the fuses are fine ... its a 443 bobcat by the way any input appreciated thanks !

Have you checked the 100 amp fuse above the battery? If that goes, no power will be sent to the cab controls. Sometimes the cable can get corroded at the 100 amp fuse connection so it just may need cleaning
