Ignition moduel

I've got a melroe m500 Kohler k662, with a wico wh2485c magneto. I'm wondering if i can use an ignition moduel instead of points?

After some research I have answered my question. There is no way to use an ignition module on a NON battery mageto system like mine.

Are you sure? I have used an ignition module on an OLD villiers motor that had points that would always corrode and cause issues.
Are you having issues with your points/condensor? Most of the time, points work just fine, but if they are exposed to the elements, they give issues all the time.
