I need help with our bobcat please read

Hey i have a bobcat 773 and it runs great and everything works fine but every now and then it just compleatly stops ( engine) and we have to turn key off and on then wait 5-20 seconds and we dont know whats wrong any help please and thanks

What happens when it dies? if you turn the key, will it crank? any smoke? no lights on the panel?
