So today my 1999 751 with kubota started to overheat. It overheated to that level that the cap blow off the coolant res and spitted out coolant. (Temp guag not working....) I turned it off directly and fund the alternator belt to be loose as hell. I figured that the belt was slipping and not turning the water pump arround. It overheated and I didnt notice before to late because of bad temp guage... :-( Now after tightening the belt and refilling colant whe I started it up it is "knocking" sound from engine,... :-( Can someone please help meout on where to start looking. Am I looking at a siezed piston, or can it be head gasket or what will be the first thing to start tear apart?

If it got hot, you cracked the head...... They are very easy to crack.
Be careful running it like this, if it gets coolant in the cylinder and it starts, it can bend or break a con rod. Its possible it has happened already with the knock. You need to get the head off and measure piston to head heights to see if a rod is bent or not. Your cylinders may have warped too....
Sorry to state the obvious, but temperature gauges and senders aren't expensive..... I hope the whole engine isn't toast.
