i cant view thread attachments

when im signed in i cant see the pictures people attach to threads. any ideas?

Can you give me a thread where you cannot see attachments when logged in. Can you see them when logged out?
And what type of phone or tablet/browser are you using. The browser could have something to do with this but I need to know so I can test.
