I was able to purchase oil filter, plugs and ignition cables locally for my 700. What's the story on hydrolic filters? Bobcat part only or is there a non-OEM option? I want to do a complete fluid change before attempting any work.

Baldwin has a complete line for them, this should be a list: M700 Filters.
You can cross reference them here, or I believe that most filter manufacturers have a cross ref page on their sites where you can plug in numbers to get theirs.

I would check with Bobcat to see if they have changed filter numbers since it was manufactured. My 843 did. I found some filter manufacturers cross referencing to the old filter number. Although it cross referenced OK, the WIX I pulled out was smaller than the Bobcat I put in. These filters are not like the $3.00 special at Walmart, they are expensive Bobcat or other filter makers. Check EBAY once you know the numbers, you may find a deal.
