hydraulic hoses from surplus center

I went to a local shop that makes hoses, They quoted me 150.00 for 2 small hoses, Im working on a budget here and found surplus center, I can get 3 hoses for 100.00 delivered, My only concern is that 2 of the hoses are rated at 3000 psi, supposedly they are 2 wire. Do all hoses in these skids need to be 4000 and above? hose below is referenced hose. TIA (3/4" x 36" JIC 12F Swivel x JIC 12F Swivel SAE 100R17 Hydraulic Hose Assembly 3000 PSI NRP Jones)

It depends on your machine, nost machines run 2,500-3,000 PSI so the 3,000 PSI rated 2 wire hoses should do the job.
I can't remember the specs, but i thought the hoses rated at 3,000 PSI actualy burst at twice that rating, they have a safety margin built in. They should run at 3,000 PSI all day, but be able to handle higher for short times.
The main hihg pressure lines you will have are drive motor lines, they are generally 4 wire and 5,000 PSI ratings.
