Hydraulic chatter

Hello, New to forum. Have mid 90s 553 diesel that bogs down when turning full left, hydraulic relief valve at left side where main tank supply comes in and drains for drive motors come to chatters when sticks are in neutral position. Any ideas? Thank You all.

I have a few thoughts: Have you replace your case drain filters"? Also sometimes chattering can be caused by the hydraulic system sucking in air. You might also put your machine up against something solid, something that will not move when you push against it-engage one steering lever at a time and see if they are equal. If they are not you might have a drive motor that needs to be resealed. The weak one is the bad one.
