I just brought my 1816 case back to life . new pumps and drive motors, chains and so on. the problem I have now is the utility pump slows way down and over heats the clutch unless you use a bucket or cradle lift function. this seems strange ,but you can see the speed increase when using a lift function, but you can see the pump almost stop when you bottom out the bucket control. is there a blockage in the valve that could be causing this. ive checked the hose routing and all looks good. if I let the machine run long enough the belt will burn off.

Try Tazza's and put a loop hose between the aux hydro lines if you can use it then the start checking what is sticking in your aux hydro system try jigling your aux hydro button, switch or stick first

got it going. guess the two hose that went to the aux control have to be looped not just capped off. time to put it to work

No I think what is going on is your aux hydro is stuck on the loop proves this find out what is sticking then you can take the hose off happy skidding
