Hydra Mac C11 Front end locks up

Hey guys I bought an old Hydra Mac C11. When it sets for awhile (3 days or longer) the left front tire is locked up. I have to bump it forwards then backwards a few times to get it to unlock and when it does it sound like it might be doing some damage. It makes a loud click like teeth on gears hitting. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
