Hi, I am new to owning a 753c Bobcat skid steer. I do beleive it's a 1997 model year? Anyone have a good way to figure that out? The serial number is - 512734518 and it says C - series on the tag. Anyway the question I have right now is, what's the proper way to check the hyd oil? Off and check it? Running warmed up? Also what is recommended to put init for hyd oil? Thanks Aaron

Not sure it matters that much of it's warm or cold.
Level ground, with the arms down. The dofference between bucket fully tilted back or flat on the ground won't make much difference when you have a fairly big reserve tank.
