hello, I have a 1992 543B Bobcat with aux hyd/high flow option, I am looking at a small backhoe that weighs around 800lbs, the problem is that you run the backhoe from outside the bobcat & instead of from within, so how is it possible if at all to run the aux hyd from outside the machine? I want to do this safely & not with a bungee strap, thanx Shagbark

on a '43 series machine the right travel lever should detent ( lock in ) in the constant flow mode , if it don't detent then a bolt may still be in the linkage under the cab which locks the aux from working at all , or you have a problem with the detent section of the spool of the controll valve

you are correct, thats exactly what my manual said, a detent valve when lever is pushed to the right for constant flow, didnt know they had such a thing, thats great & thanks
