Having watched a YouTube video on how to change the seals on a Tilt spool valve, I have done what I thought would be the difficult part.
I have removed everything successfully and now am at the point where I thought the spool valve would just be gently pushed from the front, then sliding effortlessly out the rear.
How wrong I was.
It doesn't move and after a lot of head scratching I have realised that it must be to do with the pedal lock.
I don't know how they are locked but I assume it is some sort of solenoid.
I will go back to work on it again tomorrow, but I would really appreciate it if some can tell me how I can disengage this lock whilst I pull out the Tilt spool.
I can't start the machine as it has no hydraulic fluid in due to the leak.
TIA
