Hourly rate for skid steer, dump trailer and truck

Was wondering what the going rate is for a mid sized skid steer and dump trailer and truck for site cleanups etc.

In my area skidsteer is $75. and up single axle dump truck $75. Also it depends on what size trailer, one driver for truck & skidsteer? How efficient is your trailer and truck going to be for the customer?
