Hi everyone! New to the forum and I'm sure I'll have tons on questions. I just purchased an HL4000 with the ford c134 engine. It's a mess but it has promise.
The hydraulic reservoir cap is missing the dipstick. I sent a camera down the tub to see if it's at the bottom but couldn't see much besides a filter. I can't seem to find one online (part 0555055) but figure it would be easy enough to make one if I knew the length and the markings. If anyone has an HL4400 and could take some measurements, that would be great! Also, if you have a link to where I could buy one online, that might be better if it's not crazy in price.
This machine is leaking all over the place and almost everything electrical has been disabled so you'll be hearing from me again
Good news is I did see it run and move around before purchasing. It had a very bad leaking lift cylinder and bad tires so those I'm fixing now.
