first off welcome to the site, and to get some help, you may want to list what exact MODEL and YR the machine is, in a NEW post in the BOBCAT section!
as this location is for introducing yourself on the site

something else you SHOULD also do, is buy yourself a SERVICE manual for your machine, this will have ALL info in it where things go, so you can return things back to working, or at least back to the correct order on hoses and such

NOT Knowing what was put in the hydraulic tank, is a concern, due to in correct fluids can damage things like pumps and seals, so, I would also be DRAINING the tank best I could and replacing filter as well, and then ONCE back up and running, be doing a second drain and filter change in a few hours, due to the fact there is NO way to fully drain the whole system, you will always have some fluid left in pumps, lines and so on,, so the idea is to FLUSH things a few times hoping to remove what ever BAD fluid was mixed/added to the tank, and now is in the system, the more times you drain, replace filter, the less contaminated the fluid will be from what ever again was added/mixed in it!

I would hate to continue to be off topic with this considering the thread that we're in but I'm trying to send you a direct message if I can sway this way i'm not clogging up this this thread with unnecessary advice

Welcome aboard. The only thing I have to add is that often the parts manual with its exploded views will be the best help in seeing what goes where. It should also have a clue as to the length of each hose.

Best wishes

There is a used 843 service manual on eBay today. The service manual has hydraulic routing and electrical schematics. I could not have brought my 743 to life without a service manual.
