Help with wiring diagram 1993 753

Hello,

My dads 753 caught on fire a few years ago, his "friend who can do it for less" rewired it, now it is a horrible mess that I'm going to clean up.

My problem is he left 2 wires disconnected (23F & 20F) one is a ground wire, and the other is a white wire with a black stripe. The wiring diagram says they go to "fuel pump connector" it looks like it should be somewhere between the glow plugs and starter..

I have looked high and low everywhere and cannot find a connector not plugged in or anything, I am beyond confused at this point. I found the other end of the white/black wire labeled "33 Fused and switch power".

I can only tell you about my 642 rewire that there were wires in the diagram that were not used because options were not installed in my specific machine.... They have one wiring harness part number that is used for various models. In my instance there were wires for an injector machine and mine is gas.
