I changed the fuel filter on my 843 which has a Perkins 4.154 engine.   I need to know what is the procedure for bleeding air out of the system, if required.  My Bobcat is equipped with the long gold tube that says "fuel in" and "oil out" and seems to have a toggle lever on the bottom.  Is this what bleeds it?  Do I perform this with the engine running?  That's it in a nutshell.  Let me know if you need more info.</p></blockquote><p></p>
