hi my name is katie and i am from northeast wi. i joined here because i am trying to find some info on a mustang 345 skidsteer. i just bought one that is missing the engine and am trying to find another engine for it.i had heard that a escort engine would fit does anyone know if thats true?

Welcome to the site.
The main thing you need to find is an engine with a govenor, just a standard car engine will not work properly. It will keep bogging down.
The other thing you will need is a coupler to go from the engine to pump, do you have those parts still?
