Grabbed the exhaust runners just after start and all were warming up nicely, except for that one. Hope it is just a dirty injector and the tried tested and true Kubota mill is ok inside. Muffler is rotted out, as is the flex pipe, so the engine compartment is covered with a nice layer of soot. My hands will be dirty. It has some electrical issues, the previous owners let it sit, and someone must have messed with the wiring. The only way they could start it for me was with ether (NO!!!!!) drove me nuts. I think it must be the glow circuit solenoid, since when I jumper power to the circuit for a minute or so, it preheats and fires right up (3 of the 4) just like a Kubota should. Other noted issue is the back bottom of the bucket has been worn thru (likely from snow removal) and that will be on the to do list....either replace it or get the plasma cutter out, and stitch in some new metal.
