Message: <blockquote data-quote="skidsteer.ca" data-source="post: 19825" data-attributes="member: 307">Shane here is a link to me doing this on my 853, there is also one for a 743, I realise you have a 4bt cummins, but it will be simular.You take your hot water out from just below the thermostat housing and return it to the suction side of the water pump usually somewhere lower on the block.The 853 had a bypass hose that allowed the cooland to circulate from below the T stat  back to the bottom of the cylinder block when the T stat was closed.
