Harness cut

well I called the bobcat company to to come out to my home s220 had a long history of 34-4 he found a bad connection but in the process he cut spliced my cab harness and installed a new plug but the only problem is I had just purchased the cab harness new from bobcat should I let the manager know I have the the receipt lil bumped he would have done that I don't want to be difficult but it was anew harness any idea how you guys would handle this situation ? In the picture you can see the loom is newView attachment 3417

It would have to be a good quality repair , any splices would have to be soldered and heat shrunk , no solderless connectors and tape. but really if the harness was almost new they should get you a new one. But some places will not do anything on owner repaired electronics.
