Harley Rake on ebay any good?

I have a 743B and need a road conditioner that I would only use a few times a year.

Ebay has one that comes out of China for $1599, includes shipping.

Anyone know if this is any good?

Doubt it is a scam, has return, ebay protection and can pay with paypal, so protected.

Understand that I will need an adapter plate...

Any comments welcome.
