Ground protection mats for my lawn and driveway edge

Hi guys and gals, I can use some help purchasing mats to protect my lawn and driveway edge. I have some stumps in the lawn that I want to remove with my backhoe attachment and my s150 skid steer. Can anybody make a suggestion on what and where to purchase. Thanks.

Many people use plywood.
I use my rototiller attachment and a bag of grass seed - LOL!!
