Greasing issue

Guys. Hope you can help. Been on equipment all my life but I'm stumped. I have both of the two top barrels on the bucket they were run dry by another person and the Zert will take grease but will only fill the barrell and will not disperse to the bushing where it's needed. I have took out zerts and scraped the barrels and have had no luck.

I recently had a similar issue on my TL8. I had to replace a couple of the zerts along with completely cleaning the pins out. I then bought some shims to make the joints tight again.

It sure did. I have replaced just about every zerk at this point. I also bought the Lock-N-Lube fitting and that has also been nice. Just learned they also make a zerk cleaning tool, which might make cleaning the pins easier than having to disassemble it all.
