Good price on Mustang 2050?

Hi,
I'm currently looking at purchasing a mustang 2050 with 1016 hours. What is a reasonable price for this unit? It has an issue where the parking brake won't release unless the machine has idled for 15 minutes or so. The guy wants to sell it with a bucket, a brush mower, a snow pusher, and a rigid backhoe. He wants 20k for the whole setup, but I don't need a backhoe or a snow pusher as I live in Texas.

The loader It self Is probably worth 10-14000 Depending on condition of ,tires, paint & seat
as far as brake fault probably electrical, possibly a timer or control module
