Glass install

I have new glass for my front door and i was wondering if anyone had some tricks to putting it in or is just a really frustrating task. I am at a point where i might take it to the dealer. (but would much rather do it myself, I give them enough money already) Thanks Any help is appreciated

You can put a small rope , like a clothhs line rope. put it in the grove of your seal. pull the rope as you work your way around. that helps roll the seal over the edge Mike

I forgot . Some soapy water helps lubricate the rubber. Mike
