Getting a 32-35 code on my 2000 Bobcat skidsteer (when going down steep grade only)

Hey guys! I got a 2000 751 Bobcat skid steer that's throwing a 32-35 code and the AHC light comes. It only happens when I'm going down a steep grade going forward, it doesn't do it going up a steep grade for some reason. it locks out my bucket lift and tilt but not my wheels. It also throws a 03-10 code as well, an "overcharging" code from what I understand, that completely locks up the entire skid steer when that happens, I started working the machine with it's headlights on and that seems to keep the 03-10 code away for now, but I'm not sure if the 03-10 code has anything to do with the 32-35 or if they're two totally different issues I'm dealing with. I'll appreciate you guys input. Thanks!
