Gehl SL 3410 Engine Replacement Options

My Isuzu 3KC1 engine shot a con-rod through the block. Trying to find reasonable priced replacement.
I my have a good price on a Kubota D1105. Seems very close on specs but anyone know if could be good fit with reasonable mods to mounting?

I ended up finding an engine I could refurbish for this Gehl SL3410. I will be parting out my old engine as most items on it (other than the block and one con-rod) are in working order.
