Gehl CTL75 Turbo Warning Lights

I own a CTL75 turbo that will no longer start. When I try to start it, I get a red warning light by my feet that flashes 8 times. What issue are the 8 flashes referring to? Would this prevent the machine from starting? How can I reset the machine so I can attempt to start it. I'm not getting fuel to injectors and I've had 3 different mechanics try to fix the machine and all have given up. I'm at my wits end.
