I have 12V to switch but when keyed on the accessory voltage as well as the battery voltage both remain at 0 volts. I've isolated to circuit 13 which includes the seat and restraint switches both of which work. I've checked all the grounds. I have also replaced the switch, the solenoid and both relays.
