I will never order from these clowns again. / / / / Dear Support, On June 25, 2011, I downloaded the service manual for a bobcat 863, (see reference number below). For reference your order number is XXXXX It has been helpful, however it is missing a critical section. Section 2 on the Hydraulic system was not included in the zip file. As a bobcat is almost entirely hydraulicly operated, you can understand my concern regarding the missing section. Hydrostatic is the drive system for the wheels. The missing hydraulic system is for the lift arms and bucket. The entire #2 section is not included in your file. See attached screen shot. I ordered the complete book and you sold me one with a chapter missing. Your website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I will not be satisfied unless you send me the #2 section on hydraulic system of the 863 bobcat that I paid for and did not receive. Sorry to hear of your problem. Glad you kept on them until you got what was advertised. Either the full manual or satisfaction guaranteed. To bad you had to go thru all that to get your money back. Go move though...
 
dude the hard copy is avail at youre dealer for about a hundre bucks , i liike paper; on lin e is a pain to read. if you have specific ? there are those of us that may be able to help just ask
