I used to be able to get a bucket that had a hydraulically raised funnel on the front, you lifted the funnel, loaded the bucket (was pretty mach a std ssl bucket) and put the funnel back down to direct the pour. I can no longe get them through tracks plus and was wondering if anyone else had seen a bucket with a spout you can raise so the loader can fill the bucket itself.

You mean a Mud Bucket? I think Loegering and Skid Steer Solutions still have them.
No, a mud bucket the material must be poured in the top as the funnel is permanently attached on the ones I'm aware of. This other setup the funnel lifted up with a cylinder and you could scoup dirt or crushed rock and then pour it precisely though the funnel

Ken, I have spent a lot of hours researching attachments. Your site is the only place I have seen with a bucket and funnel mounted like a grapple arm.
I pulled out both this years and last years Attachment Buyers Guides from Compact Equipment Magazine. I checked all of the websites for Concrete & Specialty buckets and did not find anything like the one you stocked.
After seeing the Funnel-buckets on your site, I considered making a funnel that would bolt to my pan grapple. The ability to open the funnel and get a bucket load of material is a great idea. Added with the ability to still fill the bucket from the top makes for a great attachment.
Did your supplier quit making them?

Yes. They were available through Tracks Plus. They were not made by them as far as I know. Tracks Plus dropped some of these items because of low sales volume. I had never sold one either but I have a customer that would like one now.
It seem to be a valid idea and I can't hardly believe no one else makes on. I have had no luck finding anyhing simular either. I guess I suggest the customer have something custom built as it would not be hard to mod a std low pro bucket and add or remove the funnel as needed.
Thanks
Ken
